πŸ™ Sometimes, we cannot go outside. The weather, our schedules… Something may not permit us. It is okay. I am sure there is a window somewhere. Go to it. Look at the great outdoors. And then shut your eyes. Be still. It may feel like a moment is not enough but in reality, a moment is everything. Just yesterday, I was in dire need of a nap. Instead, I meditated. It was not long. Maybe 20 minutes, tops. But, I came back to the world with more energy than before. I was rejuvenated from spending just 20 minutes with my breath. The power behind this is like no other. If you think you are able to rejuvenate from watching television or reading or hanging out, you are right. But if you want to fully restore your energy, you need more. Which is less. Less stimulus. Less movement. Less doing, more being. So, take this moment to do that. Set a timer. Maybe it is only for two minutes. Two minutes of conscious breathing. Two minutes to give back to yourself.
