Namaskar to you. Do you take a moment to yourself? Do you close the eyes, check in with the body & the mind, and reconnect? With the overstimulated lifestyles that we live, it is important that we take even a minute to give back to ourselves. Take 1 minute out of your schedule today to just shut the eyes and fell the moment. These seconds are not coming back. So shouldnโ€™t these be seconds of peace? Namaskar to you ๐Ÿ™ How do you act when faced with obstacles? Do you avoid them? Or do you steer into it and enjoy the challenge? Hurdles are just many of the pleasures we have in life. To determine our level of success, we have to examine our mindset in the moment. If we get panicky and start to stress, we may become distracted by anxiety and lose our focus. Pursue your path with a calm mind. Know that life is all about ups and downs. Remember, nothing is permanent and you will rise more resilient than before. So, next time you have a situation, go with ease instead of resistance. Whether itโ€™s your pose in yoga or your actual position in life… Steer into it. #namaskartoyou #thursdaythoughts #motivation #selfcare #growthmindset

Namaskar to you ๐Ÿ™ Do you listen to your gut instinct? The body alerts us whenever we are about to make a decision that is not inline with our true beliefs, feelings, or actions. This intuitive nature is letting you know that something is off. Do you heed its warning? Pause and trust in this message. We answer all of the notifications on our phone, but ignore the messages our body is sending us. Turn internally and observe how you feel. Become aware of how the real you feels in this moment, not how you should feel. Make note of this. Listen to yourself. You are more powerful and intuitive than you think. ๐Ÿ™ #namaskartoyou #happytuesday #tuesdaythoughts #mindfulness #listen

Namaskar to you ๐Ÿ™ Do you see the beauty in the ordinary? It can be hard, sometimes. We can become convoluted by the array of thoughts that can pass through our heads in a single moment. How are we going to remember to stop and appreciate the sidewalk, and the leaves and petals that have fallen upon it? It takes practice. A lot of times, we are thinking dead thoughts. We are thinking about things in the past, that do not exist, or about things in the future, that are not in creation yet. So, if it is not alive here in the moment, what is it? Maybe โ€œdeadโ€ is not the right term. Nonexistent, then. The only thing living, the only thing in existence, right now is this moment. This moment of a path with the sun shining through the shadow of leaves. This moment of a viewing pink petals and leaves of all shades naturally arrange themselves into a delicate pattern. Have you gone outside today? Find a way to do it somehow, if you have not had the chance. If you have been outside today, go back outside at some point. We can contribute to our daily practice of mental health just through spending time with nature. Take a moment today to connect with the earth. Your mind and your body will thank you for it. #namaskartoyou #yogaoutdoors #westonfl #nature

Namaskar to you ๐Ÿ™ Did you know that you have superpowers? No, seriously! You do! Think about it. We are creating our health in every moment. What we feed our mind and our body determines how they will function tomorrow or 10 years from now. If we exercise the mind, we practice stimulating different parts of the brain. These mental exercises can help keep all aspects of the mind in check. As humans, we know that with time, the body ages and certain body functions may lose their speed or are unable to produce the same results they used to. The same is with the mind. We have the ability to create our physical body as well. The nutrients that you receive from the foods that you eat are slowly converted into your blood, muscles, organs, skin, and other body parts. Our bodies are always producing new blood and new skin and new everything! How else would that happen than from what you consume? There are cells in your body that were not there 10 years ago. You did that. Your body renewed itself through what you consumed. You created your current health. Whether you like it or love it, your awe-inspiring powers of creativity created your current mental and physical state. And we are always creating. We are always learning. Every moment is a new opportunity to learn more ways to increase our wellness. You are creating every step of the way. Youโ€™ve got a super power. How dare you discount yourself? #namaskartoyou #powertoyou #happymonday #mondaymotivation #createyourlife #yogainspiration #fitnessmotivation #healthandwellness
